When it comes to finding a decent CRM comparison tool, it's surprisingly hard – much harder than it needs to be.

If you're in the process of looking at all the CRM software specs and features, while also cross referencing their importance ("Do I actually need this!?") and all the pricing options ... well, we don't envy you!

And when it comes to finding CRM software for small businesses or CRMs for startup, there will be a bunch of features you don't need to be paying for. At least for the time being.

Who is this tool for?

We're assuming you're leading sales, marketing or tech for your business, and have some familiarity with CRM, and what the options are. You probably already have a short list of 3-5 platforms you're seriously considering.

If you're not quite that far along yet and are still looking at CRM software examples just to get to grips with what's out there, and what they do at a high level, then you probably aren't ready to start using this tool yet.

But if you are at the point where you're booking demos, or picking up free trials, then this is the tool for you!

How to use the CRM comparison tool

We recommend you access it now via the form below - the best way to get to grips with it is to dive right in! And we've made it as intuitive to use as possible, even going so far to leave in our assessment of HubSpot CRM so you can see how it works.

So it's a handy HubSpot CRM comparison tool straight out of the box but, if you've already discounted it, you can remove or overwrite it.

Everything has been set to 'should do' in terms of priority as a default, but you can go through and set your own priorities for each feature or section. The spreadsheet will give more or less weight to those accordingly.

You can even use it as a guide for what to cover off in a product demo so you ensure you've covered all the critical features.

What it isn't is a CRM price comparison, but at least once you've sized up the importance and performance of all the features, it's going to be much easier to make the right choice!
